I am a chemist specialised in analysis of complex molecular networks. I have conducted research in the field between chemistry and biology with a focus on supramolecular and systems chemistry. Primary areas of interest include artificial life, out-of-equilibrium systems, self-replication, self-assembly of macromolecules, catalytic activity of peptides, fluorescent molecular recognition systems, analysis of cultured meat using omic approaches.

- Development of chromatographic methods for LC-MS/MS and LC-DAD/RI applications and method validation in serum-free cell culture media, cell pellets and cultivated muscle and fat tissues using sample preparation strategies including (but not limited to) SPE, dSPE, Quechers, solid-liquid/liquid-liquid extraction.
- Development of targeted and untargeted proteomic/metabolomic analysis of cultivated fat and muscle tissues.
- Development chromatographic methods and workflows for targeted and untargeted impurity analysis.
- Design, synthesis, and purification of labeled and non-labeled peptide sequences for cell culture applications.
- Design of sample testing strategies for different novel food dossier submissions at different regions and participate in active discussions with regulatory authorities in Singapore (SFA), Europe (EFSA), and USA(FDA/USDA).
